Mastering ideological leadership is an important strategy put forward since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As a bridge between educators and educatees,ideological and political education discourse is the most effective carrier of ideological and political education content.The maturity of ideological and political education discourse is an important symbol of the specialization,scientificalization and moderruzation of ideological and political education discipline.lt is also the inevitable choice for our Party to build morality cultivate people and grasp ideological leadership.However,there are still many shortcomings in the development of ideological and political education discourse.Therefore,the study of ideological and political education discourse has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the historical grasp of the evolution of ideological and political education discourse since the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the creative transformation of it.On the basis of interpreting the related concepts of ideological and political education discourse,and clarifying the important significance of the research on the evolution of ideological and political education discourse,the paper systematically combs the historical evolution of ideological and political education discourse in the early stage of socialist construction.This period is divided into three stages:the transitional discourse period(1949-1957),the constructive discourse period(1958-1965),and the revolutionary discourse period(1966-1977).It is believed that the discourse of ideological and political education in this period shows a tendency of continuous politicization.At the same time,it further combs the historical evolution of ideological and political education discourse since the reform and opening-up policy.This stage is also divided into three periods:the open discourse period(1978-1989),the developmental discourse period(1990-2011),and the revival discourse period(2012-present).It is pointed out that ideological and political education discourse in this period gradually presents the tendency of specialization,disciplinization and systematization with the development of discipline.On the basis of systematically summing up the history,this paper analyses several problems that must be paid attention to in the construction of ideological and political education discourse in the new era,and summarizes the inherent requirements of the creative transformation of it.From the perspectives of idea of discourse,content of discourse,mode of discourse,translation of discourse and environment of discourse.this paper tries to build a systematic and creative transformation model,so as to better promote the development of ideological and political education discourse system.
