Nowadays,religion has become one of the important factors affecting the social harmony of our country.The deployment of religious management in China runs through the policy system with a high level of national security.However,since the occurrence of two violent and terrorist incidents in kunming railway station "301" and urumqi railway station "430" in 2014,a new topic has been put forward for the religious management on the railway.Railway public security organs,as the main functional institutions to ensure the safety of railway transportation and people's lives and property,shoulder important responsibilities in maintaining the religious safety of railway areas.At present,the domestic scholars mostly from the perspective of the functions of the government to formulate countermeasures of religious management,this article from the Angle of the railway security professional characteristics,combined with the basic situation of religious and jilin railway public security organs in jilin area management work general situation,found on religious management,jilin railway public security organ exists religion management system is imperfect,religious backward management informationization construction,The linkage mechanism between railway and local governments is not perfect,and grass-roots police management level is weak and so on questions of religion.Through the discussion and analysis of each problem,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by using management theories such as good governance and public crisis management.That is to integrate the information construction of each big data platform of public security,set up the big data concept of "Internet + public security",and solve the problem of informatization construction of religious management;Strengthen communication with local government departments and establish linkage mechanism;Strengthen the supply of religious knowledge and improve the ability of grass-roots police to manage religions.It is hoped that through the study on problems and countermeasures of religious management in railway area of jilin city,it can provide universal schemes and countermeasures for railway public security organs throughout the country.
