The heroic martyrs' indomitable spirit is a precious heritage of a nation.The nation needs heroes,and the times need heroes.Heroic deeds not only exist in our long memory,but also the source of our courage to go forward.Protecting the personality rights and interests of heroes and providing them with a good communication environment is the best inheritance of national spirit and heroic spirit.However,in recent years,the trend of historical nihilism in society has left unlawful elements with a sense of fluke,wantonly trampling on the personality of national heroes,interfering with the destruction of heroic memorial places,not only letting the soul of national heroes not rest in the spring,but also having serious adverse effects in social life,hurting the feelings of patriotic personages from all walks of life.In addition,due to the imperfect legal regulation and the lack of supervision means,various kinds of violations against heroes also objectively tolerate illegal elements.In March 2017,the General Principles of Civil Law passed deliberations.For the first time,special provisions were issued in the basic law to explicitly protect heroes.The Law on the Protection of Heroes,which came into effect on May 1,2018,protects Heroes' rights and interests in a special legislative form.However,due to the reasons of legislative technology,the application of this law is more principled,less regular and there is still one for the protection of Heroes' personality rights and interests.In a certain vacuum zone of validity,the situation can not be said to be embarrassing.Violations of heroic rights and interests occur from time to time.Historical nihilism is spreading to a certain extent.The above phenomena deserve vigilance,and further protection of heroic personality rights and interests is more urgent.
