Research On The Protection Of The Personal Interests Of The Heroes

In recent years,incidents of infringement of the personal rights and interests of heroes and martyrs have occurred from time to time,which has caused bad social impacts and hurt public emotions.How to effectively avoid such incidents has become a hot topic of the times,and heroes and martyrs are a symbol of the spirit of a country.It is obvious that their personal rights and interests have deep connotation.This paper first defines and defines the concept and scope,then summarizes the development of China’s system and the status quo of its extraterritorial system,and finally takes the characteristics reflected in China’s recent cases as a reference.This paper puts forward two strategies to protect the rights and interests of heroes and martyrs from two levels: principle and concrete system.
