Research On Prevention Of Crime Of Theft Of Electric Bicycles In Kunming

Kunming,as an important international node city facing south Asia and Southeast Asia in the Belt and Road initiative,is also the administrative and economic center of Yunnan Province.With the city development of Kunming,new characteristics of public transportation have emerged.Electric bicycles have quickly gained the favor of Kunming citizens because of the advantages of long endurance,affordable,convenient access and parking,and the number of electric bicycles ownership has increased dramatically.The advantages of electric bicycle itself,coupled with the advantages of Kunming's urban scale,terrain characteristics and climate conditions,determine that electric bicycle has become a convenient means of transportation for Kunming citizens.However,while undertaking the daily travel activities of millions of citizens,electric bicycles are characterized by strong mobility,widespread use and difficult management,that makes the theft of electric bicycles more and more frequent,and even becomes one of the most criminal cases in Kunming.It has also become a prominent problem that public security organs must solve in time in the process of social public governance.It is precisely because of the deficiencies in the management that leads to the theft of electric bicycles by criminal suspects and the frequent occurrence of cases of electric bicycles theft and purchase and sale of stolen electric bicycles,which causes a lot of economic losses to the citizens,and indirectly affects the safety and satisfaction of the citizens of Kunming.Therefore,in order to effectively prevent the continuous occurrence of electric bicycle theft and effectively protect the safety of citizens' lives and property,the in-depth research on the management of electric bicycles needs to be conducted.This not only requires the public security organs to fully study the law of theft of electric bicycles,grasp the characteristics of committing crimes committed by electric bicycle burglary suspects,and take practical and effective measures;but also requires the joint efforts of the government,electric vehicle manufacturing enterprises,law and regulation makers and other departments in accordance with the requirements of the public governance theory to scientifically manage the social public problems of electric bicycle theft,adjust the ideas and measures of management of electric bicycle from production,management,attack,constantly improve the safety of people and vehicles use of electric bicycle,and reduce the occurrence of electric bicycle theft.
