Research On Community Drug Treatment Practice And Optimization Measures Of Bincheng District Binzhou City

With a view to effectively combating the drug problem,combating drug-related offences and criminal activities,and helping drug addicts to return to society better from drug addiction,the Anti-Drug Law,which was introduced in 2008,sets out a new model for community detoxification,and establishes a system for drug rehabilitation based on voluntary detoxifiction,community drug treatment,compulsory isolation of drug addiction and community rehabilitation.In view of the drug situation in Bincheng District of Binzhou city,a series of community detoxification practices have been carried out,but due to the current community detoxification work system is not mature and perfect,so there are some difficulties and problems.These problems include: insufficient coordination of functional departments,lack of stable professional community detoxification professional team,insufficient office funds,imperfect construction of hardware and software facilities,lack of understanding and support for community detoxification work by the community masses,and unsatisfactory results of community detoxification work.In this paper,through literature research method,case analysis method and so on,the community detoxification practice in Bincheng District is deeply studied,the concept of community and community detoxification is explained,and the seamless government theory and cooperative governance theory are introduced.After consulting a large number of documents,a relatively complete analysis of the current situation of community drug treatment practice inBincheng District,and the causes of the problems in the current practice process are analyzed,including insufficient attention,Inadequate staffing and management,unable to put the funds into practice,propaganda is not in place,social inclusion is not high so that drug addicts can not return to society.Then,referring to the advanced experience and practice of community detoxification at home and abroad.Finally,based on the theory of seamless government and cooperative governance,combined with the actual situation of Bincheng District,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing measures for the current community drug treatment practice in Bincheng District,which can be further optimized and improved in terms of increasing the attention of community drug treatment work,strengthening the construction of community drug treatment subjects,and improving the social effect of community drug treatment work.In order to promote the development and progress of community drug treatment work in Bincheng District,so as to give full play to the important role of community drug treatment in the fight against drug crime,and to create a good social atmosphere for the construction of Ping an Bincheng.
