Research On Rural Soft Law Governance

With the advancement of the legal system,soft law plays an increasingly important role in maintaining social order.In order to implement the Nineteenth Policy and meet the demands of civic pluralism,more people are required to participate in equal consultations.In the governance of the countryside,the national law(hard law)plays a huge role,but at the same time,various types of soft law,such as village rules and regulations,and the social organization charter,also have strong forces.The governance of soft law has made up for the deficiencies of rigid hardening and lagging of the hard law,standardized the system of rural social management,raised the villagers' awareness of voluntary voluntariness and democratic consultation,safeguarded the legal rights and rights of villagers,and promoted the construction of rural legalization and development.Therefore,the study of rural soft law govermance not only can deeply understand the role and effectiveness of rural hard law,but also can tap the potential of rural soft law resources and soft law governance,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the legalization of rural soft law governance in China and reference.In the process of the development of China,s national policies,governance models,and democracy and the rule of law,the governance of soft law in rural areas will become a crucial step in the development of the legal roads in rural areas.Therefore,basing on practical research,it is particularly useful to explore the governance of rural soft law and soft law.important.The Daliudian Village,Rencheng District,Jining City,Shandong Province has developed from the small villages in the past to the beautiful villages in the present and has continuously solved the problems in the village.The enthusiasm of the village cadres and villagers has been continuously improved and the collective wisdom has been gathered.The village,the collective economic organization system,the village community associations and other aspects put forward more effective suggestions,promoted the village of soft law govermance progress,but in dispute resolution,environmental issues,village collective asset management and other soft law govemance,there are also corresponding.Based on the above analysis,on the basis of mutual verification and interpretation of theoretical research and empirical research,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for improving the governance of rural soft law.
