Research On Demand-oriented Service Of Public Private Pension Institutions In Ningyang County

With the increasing endowment pressure in China,public private pension institutions have gradually become the main force of institutional pension.Improving the service quality of public private pension institutions can directly improve the life quality and happiness of most elderly people in China in the future.Therefore,how to improve the service quality of public private pension institutions is crucial.First,this paper applies analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the pension agency service personnel structure,service content,facilities equipment,operation and management mode of institutional factors such as the influence of service quality improvement,it is concluded that in the old man care most about pension agency service content and quality on the basis of the key factors,specially designed for pension agency service content,pension institutions in the old man and the old man for agency service satisfaction questionnaire.By analyzing the Ningyang and Qingdao 10 endowment agencies obtain 1000 valid recycling questionnaire,whether public privately owned as the standard,will the Ningyang county and Qingdao area endowment agency service content and service quality comparison,it is concluded that the Ningyang county public private pension institution with the other two types of pension institution in the old type,the difference on the quality of service,found by comparing the pension agency service content and service quality gap,find out the Ningyang county public private pension institutions existing problems and reasons in terms of quality of service.The results show that the service quality provided by the public private pension institutions in Ningyang county is satisfactory to the elderly on the whole,but there are still some problems in the service content: Not providing enough learning opportunities for the elderly,Not paying enough attention to the elderly and failing to give them a sense of belonging to the institution.These problems are the key to improve the service quality of public private pension institutions in Ningyang county.Then,in view of the various problems exposed in the service of public private pension institutions in Ningyang county,combined with maslow's five-level theory of human needs,through the statistical analysis of the evaluation of sample service quality,the following Suggestions are put forward: The public private pension institutions in Ningyang county should improve their service by meeting the needs of the elder,and pay attention to spiritual comfort of the elder,The public private pension institutions in Ningyang county should strengthen personnel training,improve professional quality,and build a professional team,The public private pension institutions in Ningyang county should improve the servicemanagement,The public private pension institutions in Ningyang county should strengthen the promotion and enhance the brand effect.
