In recent years,with the rapid development of society and science and technology,China's economic level has been rapidly improved,and with it comes more and more food safety issues.A large number of food safety incidents have touched the bottom line of consumers,and food safety issues have evolved into the primary issues affecting consumers' health.The frequent occurrence of food safety accidents further highlights the importance of food safety emergency management.Case reasoning is very similar to the way humans think.When new problems arise,they look for historical problems similar to the new problems and provide guidance for solving new problems by drawing on their processing methods.This method is widely used in the field of artificial intelligence.In the emergency management of food safety accidents,if we can compare the difference between the known information and other food safety accidents that occurred before,look for cases with high similarity,learn from the emergency measures taken by them,and analyze the management effects achieved.To a large extent,it can help us make more scientific and reasonable decisions when solving food safety accidents.Therefore,the application of case-based reasoning technology in the field of food safety accident emergency management has very important practical significance.Based on this,this paper collects food safety accidents that occurred between 2000 and 2019.First,it analyzes typical cases and summarizes the signs before the accident,the attention of the media,consumers,and the government,and the main measures and measures taken after the accident.The achieved results,combined with the research of other scholars in the academia,through comparative screening,the main factors affecting the emergency management of food safety accidents were obtained.Then the research is carried out according to the four processes of retrieval,reuse,modification and preservation in case reasoning.This paper selects the frame method to represent the food safety accident cases,classifies the selected influencing factors,selects the appropriate similarity calculation method according to the different types to which it belongs,and then completes the calculation process of the food safety accident case similarity based on the KNN algorithm.To a certain extent,the accuracy and efficiency of case retrieval have been improved.Finally,PHP language and MySQL are used to complete the construction of the food safety emergency management case database.Through this study,this article identified ten major factors affecting the emergency management of food safety incidents,such as incident signs,media attention,and government attention,determined the case retrieval method,and constructed a food safety incident emergency management database.The database basically realizes the functions of adding,querying,modifying and deleting cases.Finally,in this article,the "Erie Milk Powder Mercury Content Exceeded Standards" incident in 2019 was used as an example to test the practicability of the database established,and with reference to the solutions of similar cases,a reference emergency plan for resolving the incident was formulated.At the same time,it is proposed that when solving similar problems in the future,we should focus on the signs of accidents,rapid response,detailed measures,adhere to the safety of consumers 'life and actively cooperate with the media.Under the guidance of these concepts,we can assist decision makers to quickly resolve food safety incidents.Emergency management issues.
