Nowadays unpredictability and uncertainty are important characteristics of individual career development.In order to adapt to the changing career environment,Super,Savickas and others have proposed the concept of career resilience,that is,individuals' Participation in career roles and response preparedness to career changes or unpredictable career issues in career situations.In this thesis,365 young female employees in various industries including state-owned / central enterprises,private / private enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises,and Sino-foreign joint ventures in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Chongqing,Hubei,Zhejiang and other cities are used as research objects.Career Adapt-Ability Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale,using SPSS 21.0 to statistically analyze the data to explore the status of career adaptability of young female employees in the enterprise.The study found that the career adaptability of young female employees in the company is composed of four dimensions: career attention,career control,career curiosity,and career confidence.The overall level of career adaptability is above the middle level,indicating that the career adaptability of young female employees is better.However,the internal development of various dimensions is uneven,that is,career confidence> career control> career curiosity> career attention.Regarding the influential factors of career adaptability of young female employees in the company,the study found that: “whether to participate in school associations”,“whether to be a class cadre”,marriage and childbearing,job types,job satisfaction,and “number of job changes” there are significant differences;There are no significant differences in "whether to participate in an internship / part-time" and "whether parents help to share the household chores".The results of regression analysis showed that: perceived social support and its three dimensions(family support,friend support,other support)showed significant positive predictions on career adaptability and its four dimensions.Based on the problems and causes found in the research,this thesis believes thatthe improvement of the career adaptability of young female employees in the company should be addressed from three aspects: corporate,family and personal:First,companies should pay attention to the humanistic care of young female employees and strengthen their career adaptability;Second,families should provide career development assistance and cultivate career adaptability.Third,young female employees should do their own career management and improve career adaptability.
