Career management is a new content of human resource management coming into being from some developed countries these years.It arouses people's attention.It embodies a brand-new idea and model of human resource management and it symbols a new developing direction in the field of human resource management.But in our country,enterprises' human resource management lags whatever in theory or in practice prensently.We more disregard career management which is a new content and model of human resource management.This thesis focuses on career managements basic purpose is hoping to upgrade the recognition and interest of our scholars entrepreneur and managers on it.This article works hard on exploring suitable activities of career management which are used frequently by our enterprises or are efficient based on demonstration.I hope to help enterprises to appraise their strength and judge on their policy of career management.This thesis aims to find the practical condition of our enterprises' career management including the degree of popularization of career management ,the drive for career management,the condition of department and staff,the relationbetween career management and other human resource systems and the reasons of hardship in the implementing of career management etc. We expect to find major problems and obstacles in the course of career management so as to bring forward some suggestions and countermeasures to exaIt the level of career management and human resource management of our enterprises finally.
