The Function Of NPC Representative Workstation And Its Realization Path

The implementation of the people's representative system needs NPC representative's performing duty,.There are many ways for NPC representative to contact the masses.The NPC representative contact workstation is one of the most important ways.It provides the channels and carriers for NPC representative to communicate with the masses and is also an important platform for NPC representative to perform their duties.In recent years,with the rapid development of NPC representative contact workstation,many places have achieved the full coverage of villages and towns.After completion,the operation and management effect and role play has become a subject worthy of study.It has produced good results and played an important role,but there are also some problems that need to be further studied.This paper adopts three research methods.The first is literature research method,which widely refers to the literature related to the performance of duties and liaison workstation of deputies to the National People's Congress,to understand the history and current situation of relevant research,and to provide reference for the discussion.Second,interview.Through semi-structured interviews,we can learn about the situation from the cadres,deputies and voters of the National People's Congress,and master the information related to the liaison workstation of the National People's Congress.Third,case study.Taking the liaison workstation of district g as an example,this paper makes a deep understanding of the current situation,daily management and operation of the liaison workstation of district g,analyzes its role and limiting factors,and explores and puts forward countermeasures.The results of the study show that the NPC deputy liaison workstation is conducive to improving the ability of deputies to perform their duties in accordance with the law;building an important platform for communication between deputies and the masses;playing a better role in supervision,etc.,which is a good bridge for deputies to contact the masses,a good platform for deputies to perform their duties,and a good position for deputies to learn and communicate.However,there are still some factors that restrict its function,such as the pressure of financial support,the busy work tasks of towns,the increasing needs of the masses and the contradiction between the limited responsibilities of workstations.If we want to further deepen the research,we can start from the following aspects:first,how to stipulate the functions of the liaison workstation of the NPC deputies from the legal level,and give it legal functions and legal status.The second is to further analyze and study the mediation role of grass-roots contradictions actually played by the liaison workstation of the people's Congress.The third is to further analyze and study the function of letters and visits that should not be undertaken but actually undertaken by the liaison workstation of NPC deputies.
