The lack of deputy consciousness, loose correlation between deputies and voters and weak supervision affect the function of the People’s Congress. The delegate workstation in Wenling aims to make the People’s Congress function better. The delegate workstation system has been improved these years. The delegate workstation creates platforms for delegates to fulfill their obligations, which helps to make close connection between deputies and voters, strengthen supervision of the government and promote the function of the People’s Congress. The effectiveness of deputies’performance has been increased in several ways thanks to the foundation of the delegate workstation. This thesis delves into the delegate workstation’s influence over the performance of delegates on the basis of a case study of the delegation workstation in Wenling and tries to enrich correlative study, which can help to improve the People’s Congress System. However, the delegate workstation still needs to be improved.
