Research On Deng Xiaoping's Thought Of Rule Of Law

The rule of law is an important means of national construction and development,and plays an important role in the process of social civilization.Since 1978,Comrade Deng Xiaoping has summed up the important experience of the construction of the rule of law at home and abroad,and put forward a series of policies and measures for the construction of the rule of law in China,which is highly theoretical and practical,forming Deng Xiaoping's thought of the rule of law.Deng Xiaoping's thought of the rule of law has rich scientific connotation,points out the problems that need to be solved in the construction of the rule of law in China after the reform and opening up,puts forward the measures to solve the relevant problems in the construction of the rule of law,and clarifies the goal of the construction of the rule of law after the reform and opening up.The in-depth study of Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts on the rule of law can not only enrich the theoretical achievements of Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts on the rule of law,provide reference for the academic research,but also provide reference for relevant departments to formulate policies.After the reform and opening up,Comrade Deng Xiaoping's series of discussions on the construction of the rule of law was taken as the research focus,and the principles and policies on the construction of the rule of law were put forward closely around Comrade Deng Xiaoping,and the theoretical characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's rule of law thought were summarized.The literature research method,comparative research method and systematic analysis method are used to analyze the formation basis of Deng Xiaoping's rule of law thought from two aspects: theoretical source and practical background;And explained the main content of Deng Xiaoping's rule of law from the aspects of basic principles of rule of law construction,legislation,law enforcement,justice,legal education,rule of law supervision and security system;Discusses the theoretical characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's rule of law from four aspects: innovation,times,openness and mass;From the foundation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,the process of the modernization of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and the clearpractical guidance for the comprehensive rule of law,the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's rule of law is discussed.
