Research On Grassroots Corruption Governance

Grassroots cadres are people who provide social governance and public services around the people.Once this group is corrupted and infringes the vital interests of the people,the people’s distrust of the party and the government will be greatly enlarged.Therefore,the corruption of grass-roots government brings serious social harm.At present,corruption at the grass-roots level is very common.Although cadres at the grass-roots level are not senior officials,they have important resources related to the people’s livelihood.For example,"three capital" management and trial homestead are closely related to the vital interests of the people.Corruption of cadres at the grass-roots level directly damages the interests of the people at the grass-roots level,destroys social fairness and justice,is most hated by the people,and affects social stability and harmony.In recent years,the proportion of grass-roots corruption cases in the total number of cases investigated and handled in R district of J city has been high.The cases of corruption,false report and false claim,public money eating and drinking,and power seeking for private affairs in the field of people’s livelihood are particularly representative.In recent years,in the development of R district,anti-corruption has always been put in an important position in various work,attention has been paid to the problem of source control,continuous strengthening of innovation management,and efforts have been made to explore new ways of discipline inspection work in the new era.At the same time of promoting the new height of economic and social development,anti-corruption work is also effective.However,due to the low quality of professionals,improper allocation of grass-roots institutions and the absence of honest and clean government education and other factors,the grass-roots corruption governance also shows some related problems,such as the imperfect supervision mechanism,the lack of independence of anti-corruption institutions and the inclination of the power concept of grass-roots cadres,which seriously hinders the deep development and implementation of grass-roots anti-corruption work.On the basis of the cases and statistical data collected and sorted out in the work practice,this paper systematically summarizes and summarizes the current situation and characteristics of grass-roots corruption by means of interview and literature method,clarifies the problems during the governance of grass-roots corruption,and proposes to strengthen the grass-roots anti-corruption team and improve the grass-roots supervision body by combining the theory of power balance,power rent-seeking and equity.In order to build a more scientific and effective three-dimensional anti-corrosion and anti-corruption system,and provide a constructive theoretical and path reference for the better implementation of anti-corruption work at the grassroots level.
