Township cadres are an important link between the party and the masses,and they play a key role in the implementation of national policies and mass service.The formalism problems such as " Wenshanhuihai," Excessive Marks",and " Frequent Inspections”in townships and towns have consumed a lot of time and energy of township cadres,exhausted township cadres,affected the normal work of townships,and hindered the cause of townships development of.In response to the problem of formalism that has plagued the grassroots for a long time,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to effectively reduce the burden on the grassroots.The implementation of the burden reduction at the grassroots level can free the township cadres from unnecessary affairs and give them more time and energy to do practical things.This article believes that while reducing the burden on township cadres,it is also necessary to improve the incentive mechanism for township cadres and inspire township cadres to act as internal drivers for entrepreneurship.An effective incentive mechanism for township cadres,on the one hand,can improve the quality and ability of cadres,improve the administrative efficiency and governance level of the township government;on the other hand,it can enhance the sense of job recognition and identification of township cadres,strengthen the cadres’ roots in townships,and build townships.Confidence and determination.Combining burden reduction and incentives organically can maximize the potential of township cadres,give full play to the value of cadres,and promote the faster and better development of townships.Based on the background of reducing the burden at the grass-roots level,this article makes an in-depth study and discussion on the incentive problem of township cadres.The purpose is to find the difficulties and causes of F town cadres ’incentives under the background of reducing the burden of grassroots units through discussion and analysis of the current situation of F town cadres’ incentives.Based on the actual needs of township cadres,a feasible solution is proposed to help improve the township cadres Incentives.
