China's public welfare thought has a long history.Influenced by Confucianm,China has been known as "A state of ceremonies" since ancient times.In the 2-1st century,with the rapid development of China's information-technology indust-ry,the network is gradually integrated into the daily life of the public.Just in t-his "Internet+" times,quite a lot people from different status are joining the publ-ic welfare in different ways to build up public welfare work.The Internet has h-elped the Chinese people build "whole nation public welfare" unprecedented rapid-ly.As a "Internet+"public welfare's excellent representative,public welfare crow-d-funding appeared to public gradually.Its emergence makes up for the disadvan-tages of traditional public welfare activities,such as lack of transparency,cumbe-rsome process issues and so on,and bring new energy into China's public welfa-re cause.However,with the development of public welfare crowd-funding platfo-rm in China,public welfare crowd-funding also faces problems emerge in endle-ssly:fraudulent donation,cheat donation are common,the argument that public welfare crowd-funding platform's charity is only on the surface,but really makes money,all of which make public welfare crowd-funding platform has been wid-ely questioned.In 2016,the charity law of the people's Republic of China was come into force.Subsequently,Ministry of Civil Affairs published more laws to adjust charity events.To some extents,the chaos of public welfare crowd-fundi-ng has been avoided,however,due to various reasons such as the absence of la-ws,the poor self-discipline of the industry.As a new object in recent years,pu-blic welfare crowd-funding relies on Internet in this new age,provides great co-nvenience for the people to obtain material and spiritual needs.Although the wa-y to success is difficult,we should also promote its progress to be better.In this paper,literature analysis is the main research method:to collect and analyze the existing literature,combined with the existing legal system,to resear-ch and analyze the relevant issues of public welfare crowd-funding platform.The research methods of this paper also include:statistical analysis,comparative an-alysis,case analysis and so on.As an indispensable part of public welfare crow-d-funding,platform plays an extremely important role in public welfare crowd-fu-nding activities.This paper focuses on the research of the legal regulation of pu-blic welfare crowd-funding platform,trying to perfect the public welfare crowd-funding's legal regulation oriented,to seek a better settlements for the purpose of developing China's public welfare cause,with both certain theoretical value a-nd practical value.This paper will study the legal regulation of public welfare crowd-funding platform in four chapters.The first chapter is a summary of the public welfare crowd-funding platform,This chapter introduces the crowd-funding platform bri-efly,to clarify two concepts that similar to the public welfare crowd-funding,an-d describes the development of the public welfare crowd-funding platform at ho-me and abroad,then Summarizes and leads out the problems of the platform ba-sed on recent hot cases.The second chapter is the legal issues in the running of the public welfare crowd-funding platform.Firstly,this chapter briefly introduces the operation process of the public welfare crowd-funding platform to the event,and then studies the legal issues in the information collection and the charity f-und processing process of the platform.The third chapter is the legitimacy and legal relations of the public welfare crowd-funding platform.Firstly,this chapter studies the legitimacy issue of the public welfare crowd-funding platform itself,to discuss the dispute of legal relations by the platform,and puts forward the i-dea of handling the legal relations by the trust relationship.The fourth chapter is the improvement of the legal regulation of public welfare crowd-funding platfor-m.Based on the problems analyzed in the previous three chapters,this chapter puts forward various suggestions aiming at improving the legal regulation of pu-blic welfare crowd-funding platform.
