Research On The Path Of Inner-Party Political Culture Construction Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of speeches around the theme of inner-party political and cultural construction,and pointed out that it is necessary to build a positive and healthy inner-party political culture as the goal and task of the whole party.In order to promote the great cause and realize the great dream,we must rely on the strong leadership and guidance of the Communist Party of China.To ensure that the Communist Party of China standing in the forefront of the development of the times,we must base ourselves on the soil of cultivating good political ecology and achieve the new task of developing actively and healthily political culture within the Party.This paper discusses the path research of the inner-party political culture construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era,mainly based on the background of the new era.This paper analyzes the relevant theories such as the connotation of inner-party political culture.At the same time,based on the present situation of the inner-party political culture construction in the new era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the inner-party political culture construction,and provides the concrete path reference for the construction of the positive and healthy inner-party political culture under the new era condition,aiming at the present situation of the problems and the reasons of the problems.This paper is divided into four chapters,and the path of political and cultural construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era is studied.Chapter one,Introduction.Using inductive deduction method,this paper makes a deep research and analysis on this topic from two aspects of research purpose and significance,and at the same time reviews the literature and research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad.According to the choice of history and the needs of the times,on the basis of studying the political and cultural construction within the Communist Party of China in the new era,this paper puts forward the innovative points.Chapter two,the basic theory of inner-party political culture of the Communist Party of China in the new era.On the basis of summarizing the definition of culture,political culture and other related concepts of Chinese and Western scholars,based on the background of the new era,the connotation of political culture within the Party has been enriched and developed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of inner-party political culture in the new era,and according to the Party situation of China,carries on the historical review to the revolution,the construction,the reform period and the related inner-party political culture construction thought of the leaders of the new era,thus lays a certain theoretical foundation for the following research.Chapter three,the new era of the Communist Party of Chinese political and cultural construction of the status.Firstly,it affirms that the construction of inner-party political culture is the mainstream of development in the new era,at the same time,it affirms the remarkable achievements of inner-party political culture construction,and clarifies the basic trend of inner-party political culture construction in the new era.Secondly,this paper summarizes the problems that happened in some party members and cadres during the construction of inner-party political culture in the new era,such as the dilution of political consciousness,the deviation of political values,the decline of political morality and the lack of enthusiasm to study and participate.Finally,the causes of this kind of problems are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the wanton impact of vulgar and decadent culture,the absence of inner-party spiritual and cultural construction,the imperfect system of inner-party political and cultural construction and the imperfect innovation system of inner-party political and cultural construction are the important factors restricting the positive and healthy inner-party political and cultural construction in the new era.Chapter four,the concrete path of the political culture construction within the Communist Party of China in the new era.The present situation of inner-party political culture construction and four ways to construct positive and healthy inner-party political culture in the new era is put forward.The first is to optimize the construction of environment and culture from the aspects of optimizing international environment and domestic environment.The second is to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the cultural aspects closely related to the connotation of inner-party political culture.The third is to strengthen the construction of institutional culture on the basis of the perfection in the inner-party democratic system,selection and employment system,inner-party education system and inner-party legal system.And the fourth is to strengthen the construction of innovative culture from the form and content of inner-party political culture.
