Study On The Path Of Tourism Construction In Kaifeng Under The Guidance Of The Government

Located in the central of the Central Plains,Kaifeng is an important transportation hub of China.Kaifeng has a long history,and a deep cultural heritage and full of cultural tourism resources.With the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure services in recent years,insistence on the development strategy of an international cultural tourism city,and great promotion of tourism standardization,the tourism industry of Kaifeng will has bright future.How to seize the opportunity for the construction of global tourism demonstration area and further scientifically distribute the tourism industry will have certain research and reference value for not only the future development of Kaifeng but also the construction of global tourism of Henan province and China.This paper analyzes and interprets the new ideas and new practices of global tourism construction,as well as the problems existing in the development of tourism in Kaifeng,based on the relevant literature at home and abroad and a large number of related works At the same time,combined with the actual work of government management,through institutional analysis,policy analysis,text analysis,for the study laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation.Then through macroscopic,microscopic and so on systematization,the level analysis,unifies the Public Management specialized related theory knowledge,has the pertinence to the Kaifeng whole domain tourism construction to carry on the research.Reference to the establishment standard of National Tourism Bureau demonstration area,and opinions of the provinoal government on the implementation of the tourism demonstration area in Zhengbianluo.At present,there are still some development dilemma of tourism in Kaifeng.Among them,the lack of planning leadership,the rigid system of state-owned scenic spots,the imperfect urban infrastructure,the lack of expansion of the tourism industry chain,and the lack of industrial integration and development have become outstanding problems that hinder the development of tourism in the whole region.Under the guidance of the relevant theories of public administration,From the perspective of building an International Cultural Tourism City in Kaifeng,this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for the development of Kaifeng under the new situation,Such as the scientific formulation of the global tourism development plan,the improvement of the tourism management system and mechanism,the promotion of the level of tourism public services,the enrichment of the supply of tourism products,the strengthening of the integrated development of industries,etc.and puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve the quality of the development of Kaifeng’s tourism industry.
