Shenzhen City is a comparatively well-developed coastal economical zone in China.Its residents have strong economical strength and attach great importance to their own or their children's English languages.It is considerable that more than 300,000 people participate in English training each year and the output value of English training is nearly 2 billion yuan.As a leading demonstration area with Chinese socialist characteristics,Shenzhen,a window city of foreign contacts,people there need more and more English training and learning.However,due to the rapid development of the English training industry in recent years,the government's unclear understanding of the positioning of English training institutions,the lax supervision of access audit and exit clearance as well as the unclear guidance of policy information,the lack of supervision and other reasons lead to the disorderly development of English training institutions in Shenzhen.This paper takes "Research on Government Regulation of English Training Institutions in Shenzhen" as the topic,applied with the following structure and content to carry out the research and discussion:Chapter one,Introduction.From the research background and significance of this topic,the related research status at home and abroad,research methods and research framework,Introduction explains the research problems of this paper.Chapter two briefly describes the development status of English training institutions in Shenzhen and the reasons why it is necessary for the government to regulate them,and introduce the relevant public management guidance theory.In Chapter three,the author summarizes the regulation of English training institutions by Shenzhen government from the regulation subject,regulation content,regulation of Shenzhen government.In the fourth chapter,the author finds out the problems existing in the regulation of English training institutions by the government in combination with his own operation and management of his English training institution and the experience of accepting the regulation of Shenzhen government.In the fifth chapter,the author analyzes the causes of the problems arosed by the regulation of English training institutions by the government.In the sixth chapter,the author uses the successful experience of foreign governments for reference,specific operation suggestions and optimization countermeasures to English training institutions,and sums up various measures to improve the regulations of Shenzhen government,so that the government's regulatory functions can play a stable role in effectively guaranteeing the development of English training institutions,and protecting the public interest of the people.In the end,Chapter seven conclusions and summarizes the research.This paper focuses on the lack of government regulation of English training institutions,and analyzes the timeliness of government regulation ideas and methods.To facilitate the English training institutions in Shenzhen develop orderly and sustainably,to enhance the positive educational functions externality,and to provide high-quality education and training for the whole society,it is conducive to strengthening the overall construction of socialist education in China.
