Social Work Intervention In Community Home-based Elderly Care Service

With the increasing trend of population aging,"supporting the aged" has become a global hot topic.The pension problem is not only related to people's livelihood,but also closely related to social harmony and national prosperity.In recent years,due to factors like the extension of human life,long-term family planning,and the miniaturization of traditional family structure,China has gradually formed a "4-2-1" family rearing pattern,with a heavy burden of family centered pension.In addition,the single service of institutional pension has been unable to meet the growing demand of the elderly for multiple services.In this case,the model of community home-based elderly care has become the common choice for the action subjects.As an effective intervention mechanism,social work can provide scientific and professional services for Home-based elderly care in theory and practice,so as to cope with the pension problems caused by aging and better meet the multi-level pension needs of the elderly.This article will take the "Le Ju" home-based elderly care cooperative project in Hefei M community,which the author has followed up for three months,as an example.Through investigation and research,participatory observation,interview and other research methods,under the guidance of ERG demand theory and social support network theory,to explore the specific practice process,service content and service results achieved by X Social Worker Center in the community home-based care elderly cooperative item,analyzing the problems existing in the operation of the project,such as insufficient social workers,unclear responsibilities of the social housing committee,publicity absence,and making a targeted professional reflection on these problems.It is found that social work can make outstanding contributions to the community home-based elderly care service,but there are still various problems in the service process,In order to further play the unique role,the author respectively from the government,community,social work,residents,these four perspectives gave some effectively advice to help the community home-based elderly care service.Hoping to provide reference for social work in the field of elderly care service.
