| In China,the disabled is a huge group,and there are many mildly disabled people in this group,they have different characteristics from other disabled people,that is,the mildly disabled people can do the work within their capacity,and get a certain income.Only by properly solving the employment problem of this group and allowing them to get their due welfare and corresponding policies to reflect their value can the society be more fair and the fruits of reform and development be Shared.Social work-the principle of helping others to help themselves,working under the guidance of altruism,using professional knowledge and skills to help groups or individuals in social difficulties,plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability.This study took the mildly limb-disabled people in C city D community as the research object,and analyzed their problems in employment.Research shows that the employment of mildly physically handicapped people in community D is characterized by low employment rate,low level of employment,poor social security after employment,low employment expectation,and discrimination of employers against the disabled in employment.Aiming at these problems,this paper mainly studies from three aspects.Firstly,the author analyzed the employment needs of the disabled by participating in the employment skills training for the disabled held by the community and conducting interviews with the disabled for many times.Secondly,under the guidance of the theory,the group work method was used to intervene in the employment of the mildly physically disabled,and group activities were designed and carried out to help the group members improve their confidence in employment,overcome their fear of employment and achieve employment.Finally,through the reflection of group activities and the employment status of the service object,it provides an opportunity for social work to intervene in the employment of the mildly physically disabled. |
