Employment as the basis of people's livelihood,for the disabled is to participate in social activities,to achieve self-ideal and to gain the dignity of the key,Under efforts of generations,the number and quality of employment of disabled people have been greatly improved,China's disability cause has been booming.However,due to the physical defects of people with disabilities,coupled with the impact of social environment,people with disabilities face a lot of social exclusion in the employment process.Since the 1960 s,the western theory of social exclusion has gradually become a concept often used by policy researchers and government departments to explore the deep roots of social problems.It enriches and deepens the concepts of social deprivation,marginalization,discrimination,and provides a perspective for us to study the employment of people with disabilities.Taking the theory of social exclusion as the research paradigm,using the method of literature,interviews and questionnaires,this paper takes N City physically disabled people as the research object to explore the social exclusion faced by the employment of physically disabled people.The study found that the physically disabled face different degrees of political,labor market,employment policy,employment concept,employment environment exclusion in the process of employment,and the causes of these exclusions mainly include structural factors,policy factors and disabled people's own factors,then put forward the path analysis of anti-exclusion.The full text is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the study,the significance of the research method and sample selection;The second part,the review of domestic and foreign literature,introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis;The third part,mainly introduces the three aspects of employment safeguards of N City disabled people in employment policy,employment services and employment forms and through the form of questionnaires to understand the employment status of the N City Physical Disability Association of the disabled people in the employment situation;The fourth part,analyzes the political exclusion,labor market exclusion,exclusion in the implementation of employment policies,concept exclusion,employment environment exclusion of the physical disability and analyzes the causes of exclusion from the three angles of structural interpretation of social exclusion,social policy creation theory and self-responsibility theory.The fifth part,in view of the social exclusion faced by the employment of the disabled,puts forward the anti-exclusion path of improving political participation,opposing employment discrimination,implementing the employment protection policy for the disabled people,establishing a new concept of the disabled person,creating a barrier-free environment and enhancing the employability.
