Intelligent prison is an indispensable part of the construction of digital rule of law and intelligent judicial information system by the Ministry of justice.Its main content is to make full use of modern scientific and technological means such as big data,Internet of things,artificial intelligence,etc.on the basis of the information construction of regulatory places,to integrate information technology and various businesses of regulatory places,to maximize convergence,integration,sensory analysis and regulatory transformation Information resources and social information resources.And the wireless communication contraband has always been a problem in the safety management of regulatory sites.At present,most of the supervision places use narrowband trunking communication system and analog trunking communication system represented by the police digital trunking system,whose bandwidth and transmission rate are not enough to support the massive and high-speed video,picture and other data transmission communication needs of the construction of smart prisonLong term evolution(LTE)technology has the characteristics of high speed,wide bandwidth and reliable security mechanism,which can provide efficient and reliable voice,data and video communication,basically meet the needs of information construction network in regulatory sites,and achieve the goals of physical security isolation and digital open and controllable in regulatory sites.However,nowadays,the 4th generation wireless communication system network is a network architecture for public network communication,which adopts the special hardware of communication equipment manufacturers,and the architecture is closed and difficult to expand Compared with the construction of wireless private network,the construction cost and maintenance cost are high.The supervision places are weak in facility maintenance and technical support and lack of communication professionalsThe emergence and development of Software Defined Radio(SDR)promotes the opening,generalization,modularization and standardization of communication system.Compared with the traditional communication system,software radio system has the characteristics of low development cost,flexible selection of networking frequency band and bandwidth,easy debugging and upgrading of the system.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different SDR software and hardware platforms,this paper studies the implementation method of software radio system based on general processor and LTE development technology based on open air interface(OAI).According to the requirements of wireless environment and field investigation in the supervision places,the independent security deployment scheme of LTE private network in wireless shielding environment is designed and implemented.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Aiming at the problem of wireless communication in the supervision places,this paper studies and analyzes the demand of wireless private network,designs the scheme and selects the software and hardware.The basic structure and implementation of SDR based on general purpose processor(GPP)are studied by analyzing and comparing the technical standards used in the existing private network,the deployment mode of LTE private network and the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes.2.According to the requirement of safety communication in supervision places,the LTE special network wireless communication system based on SDR is designed and implemented.The software and hardware development platform of LTE private network is built by OAI and USRP.Optimized the LTE core network of modularization,miniaturization and lightweight,designed and implemented the S1 interface function sub module in line with the simplified structure of the private network.Through the optimization of the inter layer interface of the message transmission between the modules of the private network,the operation efficiency of the system is improved.At the same time,according to the operation requirements of the police in the supervision places,the automatic script is compiled to reduce the operation difficulty and workload of the police in the supervision places.Finally,the prototype system of wireless private network is built in the laboratory environment,and the performance and security are tested and verified.The results show that the design has achieved the goal of digital opening and controllable,physical security isolation of the private network in the supervision places.3.Aiming at the requirement of reliable operation of wireless private network based on SDR,a special network operation anomaly detection system based on support vector machine(SVM)and multi-dimensional Gaussian distribution is studied and designed.If the traditional operation and maintenance mode of communication technology is adopted,the professional requirements of private network operation and maintenance for the police of the users of the supervision industry are too high.Based on the wireless private network platform and SDR general equipment,combined with the actual operation and maintenance needs of the police,this paper studies the anomaly detection method based on information technology operation and maintenance.Using the designed prototype system of private network to simulate all kinds of use scenarios in the supervision places to collect and build normal sample data set and label,using SVM classification model to add genetic algorithm for training to obtain global optimization of super parameters.Finally,by simulating all kinds of abnormal cases to collect abnormal samples and untrained normal samples to form a test set to detect the accuracy of the system designed in this paper.The experimental results show that the accuracy of abnormal detection is significantly improved.
