Research On Outstanding Problems And Countermeasures Of Veterans’ Entrepreneurship In The New Era

China has achieved a tremendous transformation—it has stoop up,grown rich,and become strong.And people are moving forward with passion toward the "two centenary goals" and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.In the context of employment and entrepreneurship in the new era,how to give full play to the important role of veterans in socialist modernization has become an important issue in today’s society.Entrepreneurship to boost employment has become a trend leading the development of The Times.It is great practical significance to guide veterans to actively participate in the practice of "Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation",to better realize their own value,boost economic and social development,and serve the national defense and military construction.Based on veterans of Z county in Hubei province as the research object,based on the entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial process and other related theory,combining the service-oriented government theory,using literature analysis,questionnaire and interview method,sums up the basic features of new era veterans entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,Z county in Hubei province as an example,analyze its business in the outstanding problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The main research contents are as follows:1)Characteristics of veterans’ entrepreneurship in the new era:The policy of veterans’ entrepreneurship is deepened from "inclusive benefit" to "exclusive benefit";The government has incorporated veterans’ entrepreneurship into its governing philosophy;Veterans are becoming more entrepreneurial;More veterans are starting their own businesses;The comprehensive quality of veteran entrepreneurs has been constantly improved.2)new era veterans venture status of Z county in Hubei province:from the political,economic,cultural and technical environment are analyzed,through the veterans personal characteristics,entrepreneurial opportunities,the results of the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment comprehensive reflects the fact that veterans venture willing to is strong,but younger age in first time to entrepreneurship,cultural level is lower,the access to information ability is weak,vocational skills training for less and less willing to take risks,startup capital insufficiency,mostly in the local entrepreneurship,more self-employed businessman,choice industry of low added value,entrepreneurial environment comprehensive perception ability is poorer,entrepreneurial results are not satisfied,venture financing difficulties,etc.3)In the new era,veterans of Z County in Hubei Province are faced with the following prominent problems:insufficient psychological preparation and capacity reserve;low added value of business choice industry;financing difficulties in the entrepreneurial process;it is difficult to expand the scale of entrepreneurship.4)in view of the new era veterans of Z county in Hubei province from problems of entrepreneurship are given the following five Suggestions:the first is to strengthen veterans pioneering policy propaganda and guidance,the second is to strengthen veterans entrepreneurship education and vocational skills training,the third is to set up a return visit to veterans and feedback mechanism,the fourth is broaden the veterans venture financing channels,the fifth is the integration of veterans entrepreneurship resources as a whole.
