Research On The Governance Of Cyber Fraud In Our Country

At present,network fraud is the key target of the government's political and legal organs,which also puts forward new requirements for public governance.It is urgent to take corresponding laws and governance programs as the guarantee basis,so as to curb the occurrence of such cases.In this paper,the author makes a research and analysis on the current governance problems of network fraud in China,makes clear the causes and harms of such criminal means,summarizes the main reasons for the governance difficulties of network fraud crime,and forecasts the development of the situation based on the relevant case data.Taking the specific classic case as the reference,the author puts forward the countermeasures to control the network fraud in China.Based on the concepts and related theories of cyber fraud,cyber fraud crime,and governance,this paper analyzes the difficulties and difficulties of managing cyber fraud crime,points out the root causes of governance difficulties,and then takes public governance and collaborative governance as multiple subjects.Internet fraud management based on multiple perspectives can have a certain degree of research innovation,mainly manifested in:first,based on multi-agent collaborative governance network fraud problems can be more comprehensive and effective;second,this paper learns from foreign governance Cyber fraud crime management experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for cyber fraud crime management,and provide reference support for the improvement of China's social governance system.
