A Study On Self-efficacy Enhancement Of Matrtnal Family Parenting From The Perspective Of Empowerment

In recent years,with the improvement of social and economic development level,more and more attention has been paid to maternity families in China.The government has also issued many social protection policies for maternity.In the process of transforming social policies into specific social services,how to give full play to the role of professional social work,so that the specific groups of community residents have a real sense of policy acquisition,all over the country are in active practice and exploration.Based on the community service projects that the author participated in during the internship,this paper explores the specific ways to improve the self-efficacy of family parenting of pregnant women by using professional social work methods.The project targets community-based maternity and promotes self-efficacy in parenting in community-based maternal families.Through needs assessment,social workers,as service providers,accurately analyse the specific situation and causes of the lack of self-efficacy of child-rearing in community-based maternity families,and explore the objectives and paths to resolve the problem,thus seeking the theory and model of achieving the goal with professional social work methods and specific programmes of activities,followed by a series of activities Group activities.After the end of the project,the self-efficacy of the family parenting of the clients,i.e.the community pregnant women,was evaluated,and the project evaluation was carried out through the comparison of the pre-and post-test and the specific process of the group activities to analyze the project effectiveness,summarize and reflect on the project based on the evaluation results,and put forward relevant suggestions.From the perspective of the implementation effect of the project,it is a practical and effective professional method to promote the self-efficacy of family parenting of community pregnant women through professional social work.In the operation of the project,social workers,as service providers,play multiple roles such as educators,guides,and enablers in line with the professional purpose of "helping others to help themselves".Based on the perspective of empowerment and development model,social workers through group activities to guide the group members to carry out effective interaction and experience sharing,so as to stimulate the self-potential of family parenting and promote each other's growth.Through specific projects,this study systematically studies the effective ways to promote the self-efficacy of community maternal family parenting by using professional social work,which is of great practical significance to improve the level of community maternal family parenting;the professional reflection of insufficient research has certain reference value for the follow-up similar research and specific practical work.At the same time,the relevant suggestions put forward in this paper have a certain practical pertinence,and also have a specific reference role as the service object of community pregnant women.
