Research On The Grid Management Of Community Policing

With the rapid development of modern society,people-to-people communication becomes increasingly frequent,which brings about more population mobility.Despite the gratifying economic achievements,a number of thorny social problems emerged.Destabilizing factors and social conflict are increasingly apparent.Public security threats,such as new types of crime,have emerged.Wandering crimes,colluding and multiple crime approaches have resulted in increased difficulty in case solution.Security deficiency in crucial parts and technical problems in security in old(demolished)communities becomes more serious.Community police management becomes more difficult.In addition,in recent years,with the transformation of government functions and its improves efficiency and efficiency to build a service-oriented government that satisfies people's desire,the " people-oriented"concept have rise and people have improved their expectations and requirements for the public security.Under this background,traditional community management approach is no longer coordinated with the overall social development,and it cannot solve the existing social contradictions.As a consequence,a new community management method that matches the time have emerged.The thesis takes seamless government,broken window theory and refined management as its theoretical basis.through literature review,case study and interview,it makes a brief overview of the background,significance,domestic and foreign research review,research framework,and innovation of the topic.After clarifying the core concepts,such as grid management in community policing,the thesis further expounds the content,features and significance of community policing.Based on the case study of community policing grid management in Suzhou high tech Zone,this paper analyzes the preconditions,practical exploration and management effectiveness of grid management in community policing in High-tech Development Zone,The thesis concludes the challenges and problems as the following,the low level of public understanding and support,the serious instability of the background of the integrated platform with large amount of data,the lack of integration and sharing of platform information,the limited efficiency of grid management,the low level of specialization of grid management team,and the weak guarantee of grid management system.In view of for the problems encountered in the grid management of community policing in Suzhou High-tech Development Zone,based on reality,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the foundation of the grid management in community policing,vigorously improving the management efficiency,establishing a long-term mechanism of dual network integration,and planning prospect for the further optimization of management.
