Research On The Grid Management Of Community Policing In Yinxiang Community Of Hanjiang District

The current society is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.The economic structure,social structure,urban-rural structure,and interest pattern are undergoing major changes and profound adjustments.The task of social governance has become heavier and more difficult.The society is developing rapidly,the scale of cities is constantly expanding,the flow of population is becoming more frequent,and the GDP of the city is constantly rising.While achieving a series of achievements,new thorny social problems continue to emerge,social contradictions and conflicts continue to increase,illegal and criminal methods have become intelligent,serial crimes and gangs have increased the total number of illegal and criminal cases and the difficulty of solving crimes.The problem of public security and technical defense in some old communities has become prominent,and the management of community policing has become more difficult.In recent years,my country’s government has been transforming its functions,paying more attention to building a service-oriented government,and the concept of "official-based" to "people-based" is changing.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and other major conferences have successively proposed to promote the modernization of social governance and innovate the grassroots governance system of society.In such a general environment,the people’s requirements for public security police work are getting higher and higher,and traditional community police management methods can no longer meet the needs of public security work in the new era.Community police grid management is innovative A grassroots policing model came into being.Based on the theory of seamless government,collaborative governance,window breaking theory and fine management theory,this paper takes literature method,case study method,comparative research method and interview method as the research method,and expounds the background and significance of the research,the summary of domestic and foreign studies and the related basic concepts;This paper is a case study of the practice background,main methods and achievements of the community policing grid management in Hanjiang District,combining with the actual work of public security.The paper analyzes the grid division of the community police in Yanxiang,the team of grid management is not professional,the responsibilities are not clear,the cooperation is not strong,the security is not enough The low participation rate of community public is not high,and the causes of related problems are analyzed,mainly reflected in the grid division is not scientific,personnel management is not in place,cooperation and sharing is not smooth,security mechanism is not sound,publicity and guidance is not in place.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign community policing grid management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on further optimizing the application of community policing grid management in the community of Yan Xiang,including strengthening the foundation of community police grid,training professional team of community police grid management,strengthening the cooperation of departments The paper concludes that the government should strengthen the grid management security of community policing and actively guide the community people to participate in the management.
