Research On Party Building Of University Work In The New Era Under The Guidance Of Xi Jinping's Thought On Party Building

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping at its core has unswervingly pressed ahead with the comprehensive and rigorous Party building.Based on the new changes and new problems in the world,nation,and the Party situation in the new era and applying the basic principles of Marxism to China's reality,General Secretary Xi Jinping has creatively put forward a series of new thoughts,ideas,and statements on strengthening Party building,forming Xi Jinping's thought on Party building,which is the basic rule for Party building in the new era.Universities are the cradle of talent cultivation.Party building for university students plays an important role in the cultivation of university talents.The quality of Party building of university is related to the Party's overall leadership of universities,the future of the party's cause,the long-term stability of the nation,and the socialist direction of higher education.The introduction briefly illustrates the background and significance of the research on this topic,and comprehensively sorts out and summarizes the progress on relevant studies on Xi Jinping's thought on Party building and Party building of university conducted by domestic and overseas scholars in recent years.Based on this,the thesis offers comments and proposes the research thoughts,contents,methods and innovation points of the thesis.Part Two systematically studies the seven aspects of Xi Jinping's thought on Party building,mainly including political building,ideological building,organizational building,work style building,discipline building,system building,and anti-corruption.Then,the thesis illustrates the concept,characteristics,significance,and new requirements of Party building of university,and expounds the relationship between Xi Jinping's thought on Party building and Party building of university.Moreover,the thesis clearly points out that Xi Jinping's thought on Party building is the basic rule and scientific guidance over Party building of university.Part Three is a questionnaire survey targeting Party building of university.The author conducts a questionnaire survey on five universities in Henan province and summarizes the basic practices and major achievements of the current Party building of university.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,Part Four objectively analyzes the prominent problems in Party building of university and comprehensively analyzes the influence and causes of the changes of the party building work of college students based on the world situation,national conditions,party situation,school situation and learning situation.Finally,based on the above research,the author proposes that under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on Party building,for the Party building of university in the new era,we should insist on taking political standard as the primary guide to strengthen political building;take strengthening ideals and convictions as the primary task to enrich ideological building;take the improvement of organizational strength as the priority to innovate organizational building;aim at maintaining the Party's advanced nature forever to strengthen working style building;and take guaranteeing Party members' purity as the purpose to tighten discipline building;and take case warning education as an important measure to combat corruption and build a clean government.
