Research On Power Geneation Of Grid Center From The Perspective Of Big Data

In the 21st century,information technology has developed into the basic technology of the times,and with its unique advantages,it has increasingly penetrated and embedded in government management activities,and has become a lever to promote government governance and social change.The improvement of technology application capability and the government's monopoly position in the field of information resources have continually urged the information resources that they master to concentrate on centralized aggregation and explosive growth,presenting massive,high-speed and diversified big data features,which have an impact on organizational operations.Information is the most important supporting force behind administrative power.To a certain extent,the operational basis of administrative power is the control of information.Through the acquisition,processing,transmission and integration of information,it realizes systematic cognition of management affairs and becomes its behavioral decision-making and power operation.According to the development law of the deterioration of the quantity of things,the centralized aggregation and explosive growth of government information resources will break the original static power structure,affect the operation of organizational power,and trigger new power generation within the organization.The essential feature of the grid management center is the information technology platform,which is an informal institution in the nature of the organization.The full coverage of the grid management field and the increase of management affairs have led to the integration and explosive growth of information resources,and the information base that may lead to the generation of power internal sources.Therefore,this paper takes the Shanghai X-zone grid city comprehensive management center as an example to study the dynamic process and its new features of power generation.Firstly,the study found that government information resource integration and explosive growth can lead to the endogenous generation process of organizational power,including power generation,power expansion and power solidification.The command,coordination,supervision and assessment powers formed during the power generation phase are gradually generated and completed along with the development of the grid management system,with different degrees of horizontal and vertical expansion,and through external authorization and the legalization of internal empowerment recycles the maturity and solidification of administrative power.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the empowerment according to big data,the value of the internal source generated by the grid city integrated management center is analyzed.It is believed that big data empowerment will gradually become the main source of the power of the grid center.The in-depth application within the system is not only the embodiment of the resource characteristics of information,but also highlights its key position in government governance,and gradually rises to become the first element in the administrative power resource spectrum.The district grid management center will gradually shift from information integrators to decision supporters,resource configurators,implementation initiators and performance monitors,and approaches the power center system.
