A Study On The Organizational Strength Improvement Of The Rural Party Branch And Its Countermeasures

In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),when talking about strengthening the building of grassroots organizations,it was pointed out that we should focus on improving organizational strength,highlight political functions,and turn grassroots organizations into a strong fighting fort for propagating the party's views,implementing the party's decisions,leading grassroots governance,uniting and mobilizing the masses,and promoting reform and development.Under the new era,in the grass-roots party construction,especially in the village-level party construction,the promotion of organizational strength has become the main starting point to promote all kinds of work.The study on the improvement of the organization ability of the rural party branch is not only of practical significance for the current rural political construction,team construction and economic construction,but also of vital importance for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This paper in the system construction,team construction,position construction village-level party construction on the basis of relevant work,draw lessons from large data,emerging trend such as block chain management mode,and the knowledge of finance,the construction system to further improve the rural party branch organization,condensed wisdom and strength from all walks of life,to further consolidate and expand the unique political advantage of our party concentrate resources to accomplish large undertakings,to promote the whole society by high quality development stage of rapid growth stage.This paper takes H town as the object of investigation and research,so as to analyze the general problems existing in the process of improving the organizational ability of the current rural party branch.The management efficiency of party members is not high,which reduces the organizational coverage;Cadre troop lacks advanced sex,reduced social appeal;The village collective itself lacks the development prospect,restricted the development impetus;Party branch service function is insufficient,weakened masses cohesive force;The uneven political and ideological consciousness of party members and the masses has affected political leadership.In view of these problems,through collecting big data information and systematic analysis,this paper finds several main reasons,namely: the guiding role of party branch evaluation mechanism is not enough;Party management is old-fashioned and weak;The comprehensive ability of cadres cannot meet the actual needs;Village collective development does not adapt to social and economic development;The linkage between party branches in the whole town is too weak;The value of mainstream ideology has not been truly recognized by party members and the masses.In view of the reasons analyzed,this paper studies the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions: to build a data index platform,improve self-innovation;Improve the whole town branch structure,improve organizational coverage;Enrich the ability of town and village cadres,enhance social appeal;Deepening collective economic reform and promoting development impetus;Promote the sharing of resources among villages to enhance the cohesion of the masses;Form own party construction culture,promote political leadership.Hope this paper countermeasures and Suggestions under the new era,the country is in the process of revitalization,help to improve the rural party branch organization,strengthen the function,style,governance environment changing,swallow the short board,to promote synergy,benefiting people's livelihood,such as the work,together the various aspects to promote smooth implementation strategy of rejuvenating the country power,boost the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,speed up the implementation of our great "China dream".
