Study On The Improvement Of The Competence Of Members Of Rural Party Branch In Longmen County,Guangdong Province

The village Party branch is the foundation of the Party's work at the grass-roots level in the countryside.It is the Battle Fortress for the Party to lead the Party members and the masses to unite together and build a well-off society.The competence of the post of the branch members is directly related to the reform,development and stability of the countryside,and to the consolidation of the Party's leadership and ruling position in the grass-roots countryside.Therefore,through the study of improving the competence of rural Party branch members,it is of great significance to help promote the ability and quality construction of grass-roots Party organizations in large rural areas,to enhance the combat effectiveness of grass-roots Party organizations as a whole,and to promote rural revitalization.This research uses the methods of documentation,investigation and research,expert evaluation to carry out the research,and takes 269 members of the rural Party branch in Longmen County,Guangdong Province as the object of study.According to literature analysis and expert opinions as well as competence theory and incentive theory,this research clarifies the connotation and requirements of the competence of rural Party branch members,analyzes the deficiencies of the competence of rural Party branch members in Longmen County,and puts forward operational countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competence of rural Party branch members.Specifically,we should establish a human resource management system based on members' competence,establish a cadre selection and allocation procedure based on members' competence,strengthen the training and promotion system based on members 'competence,improve the performance appraisal mechanism based on members' competence,and construct incentive management system and safeguard measures based on members' competence.This provides feasible countermeasures for improving the competence of rural Party branch members in Longmen County,Guangdong Province,and provides reference for the construction of rural grass-roots Party branches in Guangdong Province and even the whole country.
