Research On The Organizational Strength Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Branches

Organizational power is the general term of organizational ability of Party organizations,which can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense.Broad sense organizational power is the organizational ability of Party organizations,the unity of individuals and organizations,the unity of internal organizational power and external organizational power,and the unity of part and whole.The narrow sense of organizational power refers to the ability of the Communist Party of China to organize the masses.The organizational strength of rural grass-roots Party branches can be defined as the leading,expressing,mobilizing and supervising functions of rural grass-roots Party branches by means of the framework of structural functionalism.Some grass-roots Party branches in rural areas do not work equally hard to lead the development of rural five-in-one.Among them,there are many deep-seated consciousness and actions to lead economic development,and there is a lack of methods and actions to lead the development of politics,culture,society and ecological environment.The dilution of Party members' ideological concepts in rural areas is mainly manifested in two aspects: dilution of core consciousness and dilution of ideals and beliefs.The main manifestations of the weakening of the organizational system of rural grass-roots Party branches are as follows: the leadership system is not smooth,the full coverage is not achieved,the organizational life is not standardized,the power supervision is not strict,and the organizational system is vacant.The weakening of the ability of rural grass-roots Party branches is mainly manifested in the weakening of peasants' ability to mediate contradictions among the masses,the weakening of the ability to absorb rural resources,the weakening of the ability of rural political propaganda and education,and the weakening of the ability of rural non-authoritative organizations to respond to challenges.The degeneration of talents in rural grass-roots Party branches is mainly manifested in the outflow of rural talents and the degeneration of ideological accomplishment of rural Party members.The rural grass-roots Party branch is the grass-roots organization of the Communist Party of China in the countryside,and its political function is its primary function.Strengthening the political function is the guarantee of improving the organizational strength of rural grass-roots Party branches.We should comprehensively promote the outlook on life,world outlook and values of rural Party members,build a solid foundation of belief,supplement the calcium of knowledge,and hold the rudder of value,so as to hold the key of ideology.Innovative organizational system includes coordinating the relationship between rural grass-roots Party branches and village committees,standardizing the relationship between rural grass-roots Party branches and non-authoritative organizations,promoting the institutionalization of organizational life of rural grass-roots Party branches,and strengthening the supervision of power.Forging the ability of the Party branch is the premise of improving the organizational strength of the Party branch at the grass-roots level in rural areas.Talent reserve is the manpower base for the long-term development of rural grass-roots Party branch ministers.
