Research On The Supervision Of Local Government Affairs

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),various national policies and decisions have been effectively implemented under the supervision of government affairs,which plays an important role in the implementation.The party central committee is paying more and more attention to the supervision and inspection of government affairs,and local governments should also take an active part in the supervision and inspection of government affairs,so as to escort the government to carry out its work in a better way.Under the background of domestic government supervision and inspection,combining with the actual problems existing in the government supervision and inspection of Kaifeng City,this paper aims to find out the optimal countermeasures and better implement the government supervision and inspection of Kaifeng City through research.Based on the theory of administrative executive power and the theory of administrative supervision,this paper,provides theories for the supervision of local government affairs.Taking Kaifeng City as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the supervision of government affairs in Kaifeng City,including the situation of the supervision departments in Kaifeng City,the implementation of the work,and the results obtained in accordance with the actual situation,policy reform and the implementation of the supervision departments.The problems of the government's supervision and inspection in Kaifeng City include: the establishment of supervision and inspection agencies is not independent,the supervision and inspection methods are outdated,the standardization of supervision and inspection work is insufficient,the supervision and inspection effect is not ideal,and the application of the supervision and inspection results is not sufficient.The reasons include: the supervision and inspection system is not perfect,the supervision and inspection work lacks innovation,the government's supervision and inspection lacks legal guarantee,the supervision and inspection team is weak,and the government's supervision and inspection and evaluation system is not perfect.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of Kaifeng local government supervision work,namely,perfecting the system of government supervision,optimizing form of government supervision,accelerate the construction of supervision work legalization,to strengthen the supervision team construction,improve the supervision appraisal system.This paper focuses on the work of government supervision in Kaifeng City,and tries to improve the practice of government supervision in Kaifeng by studying the work of local government supervision,so as to promote the scientific and healthy development of the work of government supervision in Kaifeng City.The suggestions and countermeasures of Kaifeng City in this paper also provide beneficial exploration for the supervision and inspection of government affairs in other regions of China.
