Research On Corruption Of State-owned Enterprises And Its Control In Y City Of Zhejiang Province

Corruption and anti-corruption have always been a matter of great concern to the people.It can also be said to be a worldwide problem.In this regard,our party has always adhered to the anti-corruption work in a clear-cut manner,especially since the party's 18th National Congress.With the sudden changes in foreign situations and the breeding of some bad domestic ethos,our party has a high level of relationship between the whole party and the whole nation.We have promoted the party's work style and clean government building and the anti-corruption struggle in a proactive,powerful and orderly manner,and achieved a staged victory.The cages that did not dare or want to be corruption have already begun to see,and the institutional mechanisms that cannot be formed are gradually taking shape.State-owned enterprises are an important part of China's public sector of the economy,and an important economic force for safeguarding national economic security,raising national fiscal revenue,and ensuring national strategic layout and public resource security.Grasping the construction of party-style and clean government in state-owned enterprises will help to clean up the party's style of government and the relationship between the party and the masses,and help to improve the party's ability to govern and maintain and consolidate the party's ruling status.Based on the analysis of the status quo of state-owned enterprises in Y City,this paper finds the risk points of state-owned enterprises' party style and clean government construction and the difficulties in investigating corruption cases of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the causes and proposes countermeasures,so as to promote the construction of long-term management mechanismin state-owned enterprises in Y city,which can not be corrupted,not dare,and do not want to.The long-term management mechanism of corruption is mainly divided into the following aspects:The first part of the thesis mainly introduces the background and practical significance of this paper,and puts forward the research ideas and methods.At the same time,it summarizes,organizes and learns the collected literatures and works,and extensively collects domestic and foreign information,correlation and research dataon the causes of corruption,characteristics of corruption and countermeasures against corruptionin state-owned enterprises.The second part mainly explains the theoretical basis of the article,principal-agent theory,and combines the content related to the prevention of conflicts of interest.The third part,through my previous work experience and materials mastered,analyzes the problems of state-owned enterprises in Y city in the implementation of major decision-making,the implementation of the spirit of the eight central regulations,and the preservation of state-owned assets.The fourth part,from the supervision of state-owned enterprises,the establishment of institutional mechanisms,the discipline inspection and supervision organs analyzed the causes of corruption problems.The last part,combined with some cases,puts forward suggestions and suggestions from the construction of management mechanism that dares not corrupt,cannot corrupt,and does not want to corrupt,so as to contribute to the new achievements of the construction of Party conduct and clean government in state-owned enterprises in China.
