A Study On The Thought Of "Concession System" In Lenin's New Economic Policy

After the victory of Russian October Revolution in 1917,the first socialist country in the world was established.The transformation from capitalist society to socialist society has realized the leap from theory to reality for the first time,which is a great change in the history of human liberation.However,Marx and Engels didn't give clear guidance on how to smoothly transition from a relatively backward country to socialist country.After the October Revolution,Soviet Russia had no theory and other countries'practical experience to draw lessons on how to consolidate its political power,how to stabilize the socialist system and how to develop the socialist economy.The Bolshevik party,led by Lenin,started from its own specific situation,explored the methods of economic and political construction in the transitional period,finally,they creatively put forward the theory of new economic policy.He advocated developing socialism by taking advantage of capitalism.In the aspect of foreign economic exchanges,to adopt the concession system in foreign economic exchanges,concession part of the socialist economic components to the capitalists for operation,and delivering part of the income to the socialist countries,so as to develop the socialist economy.Lenin's new economic policy has achieved remarkable results,and the concession system also provides an effective reference model for the backward socialist countries to develop their economy and consolidate the new regime.It provides valuable experience for the development of China's foreign economic and trade,and has very important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper expounds the historical background and theoretical basis of Lenin's concession system,clarifies the complicated situation faced by Russia from the domestic and foreign background at that time,and explores the theoretical source of Lenin's concession system from the economic thought of Marx and Engels.Secondly,this paper discusses the content of concession system.From the five aspects of the connotation,object,action,nature and principle of the concession system,this paper makes an in-depth study of the specific ideas of the concession system.Thirdly,this paper discusses the historical contribution of the concession system.Expound the theoretical contribution of Marxism and the practical value of Soviet Russia.Finally,this paper discusses the practical enlightenment of Lenin's concession system on the development of Chinese foreign economic and trade.
