A Study On The Residents' Sense Of Public Security In Tongzhou District Of Nantong

With the further development of new industrialization,informatization and urbanization,China is in the transition stage of high-quality development.The explosion of "small chemical industry" and the temporary intentional crimes are beyond prevention.The width and depth of social governance continue to expand,and the factors affecting public security are increasing.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of improving the public security system,and how to actively explore the effective ways and measures to enhance the sense of public security is a hot topic in the political and academic circles.The sense of public security is accumulated by the sense of security of residents.Improving the sense of security of residents will enhance the sense of public security.Under the guidance of the people-centered strategic thinking,the residents' sense of public security is the premise and foundation to enhance the people's sense of happiness,satisfaction and sense of gain.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview,literature research,induction and deduction,through the study of customer satisfaction,total quality management system,social governance and other theories related to public security,finds out the practical problems restricting the public security of Tongzhou District,and puts forward measures to improve the public security of residents in Tongzhou District Based on the analysis of the causes.Establish the quality standard system of residents'sense of public security,improve the authority and seriousness;apply PDCA to optimize and improve,implement project-based management,carry out the implementation in all departments and units,carry out simulation testing,and solve the unstable issues affecting the sense of public security;comprehensively improve residents' sense of public security,strengthen the construction of political and legal teams,improve the ecological environment,and increase the strike Strength,in order to improve the county level public security sense of inspiration,has strong theoretical and practical significance.
