A Study On The Ideological And Political Work Of The Farmers In The Background Of The Rural Revitalization

With the development of economy,great changes have taken place in China's rural areas.However,due to the constraints of history and reality,the imbalance of development between the East and the West and between urban and rural areas is still prominent.The problems of rural decline and cultural imbalance cannot be ignored.How to change the backwardness of the countryside,change its disadvantage,and lead the peasants to get rid of the real poverty has become a topic we must face at this stage.The CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its core,put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization based on the current and long-term perspective,and made specific arrangements on how to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,pointing out the direction for the development of rural areas in the new era.Under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to carry out the ideological and political education of farmers,guide the majority of farmers to give full play to the main role in the Rural Revitalization Strategy through ideological and political education,and promote farmers to understand,be familiar with and participate in the Rural Revitalization in an orderly manner has become an important research topic.Through the study of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper points out the importance of the ideological quality of farmers in rural revitalization,and then leads to the thinking of Ideological and political education of farmers,and further expounds the new requirements of Ideological and political education of farmers in this special period.In order to find out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of farmers in the context of rural revitalization,the author takes Hexi Town,Jishou City,Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Western Hunan Province as an example,and makes a survey of the current situation of the ideological education of farmers in Hexi Town by way of interview and questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the problems and causes reflected in the survey,so as to find a solution to the problems of the ideological and political education of farmers.Through the field investigation,this paper sums up a series of problems existing in the ideological and political education of farmers,including funds,rules and regulations,and the degree of attention,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the two levels of farmers and grassroots cadres,and finally puts forward four countermeasures for the ideological and political education of farmers in the context of Rural Revitalization.From the aspects of education team,education content,education object,public opinion and so on,from multiple perspectives,to build the ideological and political education system of farmers,improve the level of Ideological and political education in rural areas,so as to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of Ideological and political education of farmers,and then promote the construction of spiritual civilization at the grass-roots level in rural areas,so as to fundamentally change farmers' thoughts into thecountryside Village revitalization provides strong guarantee.For a long time,the research on the ideological and political education of farmers has never stopped.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the ideological and political education of farmers in this new era.Through the analysis of specific problems,we can find ways to solve the problems of Rural Ideological and political education,promote the ideological and political education of farmers to be more in line with the reality of rural revitalization,and constantly provide ideological and political education for farmers The holy land building solidifies the soul and solidifies the foundation,adding bricks and tiles for the new rural construction.
