A Study On The Construction Of Talent Ranks Under The Strategy Of Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is based on the actual needs of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which is "the decisive victory of the historic task of building a Xiaokang and a modern socialist country in an all-round way".Rural revitalization can not be separated from the "golden key" of talents,respect for talent,with good talent,so that they are willing to come,willing to stay,in the vast rural revitalization of the Sky Flying Dreams,the realization of life.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of talent team for promoting rural revitalization and writing a new chapter of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in Chinese Dream.The year 2020 is a year in which important progress has been made in rural revitalization according to the arrangements of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and the objectives and tasks of institutional framework and policy system have basically been formed.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper probes into and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the talented personnel under the strategy of rural revitalization,and leads and deepens the reform and development of the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new era.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the rural revitalization and the modernization of national governance.In order to strengthen the talent ability and improve the overall quality of the talent team,we must perfect the talent work pattern and system mechanism,and deepen the talent management system reform.We need to make scientific plans,make overall plans for progress,and accelerate the formation of a sound environment and institutional mechanism conducive to the emergence and healthy growth of rural grass-roots cadres,especially outstanding young cadres,with reform andinnovation as the driving force,as soon as possible from the system,the system,the mechanism eliminates the influence talented person growth and the use barrier.This paper starts with the analysis of the basic concept and theoretical basis of talent team construction,as well as the interactive logical relationship between rural revitalization and talent team construction,this paper analyzes the prominent problems existing in the construction of the rural talent team in China from the aspects of the misunderstanding of the ideological concept of the construction of the rural talent team,the present talent structure and system being not perfect enough,and the talents being retained and employed,etc.,the causes of the above problems are analyzed from the aspects of the value of talents,the unsound mechanism,the inertia bondage of traditional governance in the system,and the imbalance and insufficiency of economic and social development.On this basis,the paper discusses the strategy of rural revitalization in the context of promoting the construction of rural people-times team,taking Yan'an as an example,to explore effective ways such as: deepening the reform of talent management system,innovative talent training support mechanism,we will establish an open and convenient mechanism for attracting talents,improve the smooth flow of talents and improve the operational mechanism of talent work.
