The Research On The Political Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era since the 18 th CPC National Congress.As the leading core of socialism,the CPC attaches great importance to the construction of grass-roots party organizations.The examination task of the party in the new era hasn't been completed.The “four dangers” and the “four tests” that we are facing are still severe.The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core attaches great importance to the political construction of grass-roots party organizations,guides other constructions with political construction,makes every effort to improve the quality and level of grass-roots party organizations,consolidates the party's foundation,and accomplish the party's goal and historical mission.For the subject on the political construction of grass-roots party organizations in the new era,this paper mainly focuses on four parts.The first chapter gives a general overview of the political construction of grass-roots party organizations,focusing on the related concepts,requirements about the political construction of grass-roots party organizations in the new era and the relevant theoretical basis of Marxist party's political construction which is divided into four parts: the political belief view of Marxist party,the political leadership view of Marxist party,the political ability view of Marxist party and the political ecological view of Marxist party.The second chapter analyzes the practice of the political construction of grass-roots party organizations in the new era,based on the problem-oriented,focusing on the challenges faced by the political construction of grass-roots party organizations,the relevant strategies and achievements.The third chapter refines the relevant experience of the political construction of grass-roots party organizationsin the new era,which is mainly summarized in four aspects: we must always strengthen the political leadership of political belief,and we must always adhere to the political construction's goal of people-centered,and we must always adhere to the promotion of political ability as key point,and we must always adhere to optimizing political ecology with institutional construction.The fourth chapter sublimates the era value of the political construction of grass-roots party organizations.In theory,it deepens the theory of Marxist party building,and expands the theoretical connotation of party building in the new era.From the practical perspective,it has strengthened the political leadership and ruling foundation of grass-roots,promoted the great project of the party building and helped to realize the modernization of grass-roots governance.
