Labor security supervision as a product of the market economy,is an important means to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties to labor relations and safeguard social stability,it can help to promote the transformation of labor administration functions and the development of labor market,gradually improve the labor legal system.Chinese society has shifted from a planned economy to a socialist market economy,and then from reform and opening up to comprehensively deepening reform,Under the new circumstances,the structure of labor management and labor relations have also undergone tremendous changes.Labor security reports complaints and disputes arbitration cases are on the rise,and it is more and more difficult to handle labor security supervision at the grassroots level.In recent years,the Human Resources and Social Security Board of Sihui City has attached great importance to labor security supervision.,it's Labor Security Supervision Enforcement Brigade has actively carried out its work,resolved contradictions in a timely manner,solved actual problems,and strive to reduce social disharmony factors.However,the form of labor and the interests of both employers and employees have become increasingly diverse and complicated,The number of laborers going to the labor security supervision department in Sihui City has increased year by year,so Labor security supervision has many problems and heavy tasks,and it is difficult to resolve major labor disputes,Large-scale rights protection incidents still occur frequently.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to deeply study the problems existing in labor security supervision of Sihui city,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and laborers.In this paper,the labor security supervision of Sihui city are selected for in-depth study.First of all,construct the theoretical basis of the research,including the definition of labor security supervision,its five constituent elements,role and other core concepts and related basic theories.Secondly,through interviews and other ways to carry out empirical research,analysis of Sihui's Labor security supervision and management status,to discuss the problems existing in labor security supervision in Sihui City and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,the comparative research method is adopted to study the experience oflabor security supervision at home and abroad,and analyzes its enlightenment to the work of Labor security supervision in Sihui.Finally,in view of the existing problems,combined with the best experience,put forward feasibility suggestions and opinions:the scientific arrangement with a strong labor security supervision of the main force,strengthen publicity and guide the labor relations parties to understand the usage of the law,improve labor supervision's functions and effectiveness,adjust the way and take more measures to adapt to the new situation,and strengthen supervision for expanding external forces to coordinate development.
