A Study On The Decision-making Mechanism Of The Standing Committee Of CPC Local Committees

The Standing Committee of the local Communist Party Committee(CPC)is the leading core in local area,whose major decisions are closely related to the success of the development of this area's economic and social undertakings.In recent years,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,through the implementation of democratic centralism in-depth,emphasis on the key links in the process of making important decisions and the improvement and perfection of the decision-making mechanism,local Party Committees at all levels have taken every effective measure to promote the scientific,democratic and legislative development of the CPC and its Standing Committee's decision-making mechanism and have achieved positive results,and got a good response.However,compared with the requirements of the Party Central Committee,there are still many problems in the decision-making mechanism of local CPC at all levels and their Standing Committees,and it does not meet the requirements of promoting the modernization of the local governance system and the governance ability,and comprehensively and strictly governing the party.In the thesis,the author adopts the method of case analysis by taking Z city as the example,finds out the problems existing in the decision-making mechanism of the Standing Committee of Z city's CPC based on a large number of detailed materials and data,and discusses the common problems and their causes of the decision-making mechanism of the Standing Committee of the CPC from part to whole.In addition,the author puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the scientific,democratic and legislative development in the decision-making mechanism of the Standing Committees of local CPC in China.
