Study On The Decision Attention Allocation Of Local Party Committee

In the information explosion age,the most valuable resource is attention.With the development of information technology,government increasingly face complex multi-task environment,and attention resources are more scarce.In recent years,the issue of attention has attracted some scholars to study,which providing new perspectives and tools for analyzing the behavior of government organizations.Due to it is a new Angle of view,there is less related literature between the government decision-making and attention allocation,so this study for abundant attention related theory and public organization decision-making research has certain theoretical value..The party committee decision-making is a more important power than government.in recent years,the local party committee decision-making errors phenomenon,therefore,in-depth excavation of the local party committee decision-making attention allocation process,distribution,logic,and gives reasonable suggestion,which has important practical significance.In this study,I widely read lots of literature research about attention about psychology,economics,management science.through the case analysis of S district,XM city,,put forward on the local party committee decision-making attention distribution logic,reasons for such changes and attention can be quantitative measurement of three hypotheses and verified.Finally,I give some advice to local party committee's decision-making attention,in order to solve the existing problems,which can be used as a reference for the party and government agencies.
