A Study Of Optimization Of Local Party Committee Organs’ Conferences Management

Conference is a basic method and effective form for Party and government organs to study and deploy work arrangements,give play to leadership and implement the role of principal responsibility,and is an important tool for conveying and studying important decisions and arrangements,planning and arranging work,formulating policies and regulations,unifying the thinking of all parties,and promoting the implementation of various work.As an important means for local party committee organs to carry out a series of government affairs,the efficiency and quality of local Party committee organs’ meetings directly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of party committee organs’ work,and even affect the credibility of party and government organs and government image.But at present,the local authority party committee meeting in China still exist many problems,not only for meeting an adverse effect on the implementation of the agreed items,it is easier to formalism in the cadres and the masses,aggravating the negative effect of grassroots work burden,therefore,how to strengthen the management of local organs of party committee meeting has become in time a comprehensively deepen reform needs to be completely solve the problem.Based on the new public management,process reengineering theory,system and delicacy management theory,organizationg coorddination theory,using the methods of literature,case study,investigation and research,taking the District Committee of H District as the actual case,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the conference management of the District Committee of H District.This paper summarizes five problems existing in the current conference management such as unclear rights and responsibilities,weak awareness of conference simplification,insufficient role of conference,imperfect conference system,and inadequate implementation of conference decisions.By proposing six measures to improve the efficiency of conference management,such as scientifically formulating the system and perfecting the working organization,it is expected to further strengthen the conference management of the District Committee of H District and effectively solve a series of problems caused by the “meeting sea” problem.This will enable the conference to give full play to its positive role in leading decision-making,organizing implementation and promoting implementation.
