Study On The Role Of The Government In Promoting The High-quality Development Of The Private Economy In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further puts forward an important discussion on supporting and encouraging the high-quality development of the private economy.It also puts forward new and higher requirements for the development of the private economy in China.The transformation of high-quality development is also an inevitable choice for China's economic development in the new era.In recent years,due to the complex and volatile economic situation at home and abroad,coupled with the limited governance capacity and level of local governments,private enterprises have encountered some bottlenecks in their transformation and development,and many new problems have emerged.How to promote the high-quality development of private economy and private enterprises has become a topic that local governments urgently need to study.This article takes the development of private economy in Xuchang as an example,and closely studies how local governments can promote the high-quality development of the private economy.On the basis of discussing the concept and characteristics of the private economy and the significance of the local government in promoting the development of the private economy,a comprehensive application of the theory of "market failure" and the theory of state intervention,through a review of the current status of the development of private economy in Xuchang,found that the current private economy in Xuchang There are new problems in the development of the business environment,factor guarantees,competitive advantages,and service system construction,and the reasons are deeply analyzed from the four aspects of policy system,ideology,service level,and market competition.By referring to Germany,Japan,and the United States,And other successful experiences in developed countries and domestic coastal areas,and then proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the Xuchang Municipal Government to promote high-quality development of the private economy: to create a good business environment and provide better policy support for the development of the private economy;to promote corporate transformation Upgrade,and make every effort to make the enterprise bigger and stronger;continue to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise,pay attention to the construction of corporate cultureand personnel training;innovate the service mechanism of the enterprise,and continuously improve the level and quality of government service enterprises.
