| At present,the industrial economy of Hanjiang District has gradually shifted from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development stage.Under the background of the transformation of kinetic energy in the industrial economy,the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Hanjiang District combined the characteristics of the industrial structure of the industrial economy in Hanjiang District to introduce a special support policy for the high-quality development of the industrial economy in Hanjiang District in 2020,trying to create an industrial and information policy highland that"catches up with Southern Jiangsu and leads central Jiangsu ".This paper conducts performance evaluation research on the special funds,attempting to identify the problems and shortcomings of the funds,and continuously optimizing the special funds to better play its guiding role in the development of the industrial economy,helping to solve the difficulties and pain points faced by the local industrial economy in moving towards higher quality development.This paper conducts a performance evaluation study on the special funds for high-quality development of industrial economy in Hanjiang District,The paper is divided into six parts.The first part expounds the background and significance of the research,introduces the relevant research situation at home and abroad,gives research ideas and technical lines,and determines the research methods.The second part defines the relevant concepts and clarifies the theoretical basis.The third part designs a performance evaluation index system for special funds based on the balanced scorecard,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of various evaluation indicators.The fourth part collects performance evaluation related data,and then processes the relevant data based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis,ultimately obtaining the performance evaluation results of the special funds.The fifth part points out the problems and shortcomings exposed by special funds in the performance evaluation process,and provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth part reflects on the strategies for this performance evaluation and attempts to further optimize the performance evaluation strategies.In the process of evaluating the performance of government special funds,this paper identified the problems and shortcomings of the funds and provided countermeasures and suggestions to help promote the transformation of the funds towards a more fair,open,scientific,and refined manner.At the same time,the performance evaluation study of government special funds in this paper has certain reference value for further improving the performance evaluation index system of government special funds and optimizing the performance evaluation strategy of government special funds. |
