With deep division and rapid growth of construction industry,the paper is mainly to identify problems and risks of claim and counterclaim through investigation,study and analysis on the our present construction status,then study how to effectively claim and/or counterclaim with utilization of theories and tools of modern project management.The paper is to carefully scrutinize the causes,preconditions,evidence,timing of counterclaim,and work contents and methods,meanwhile to identify and study risk points of claim and counterclaim,especially based on the FIDIC,then to devise and generalize preventative measures through contract combined with site contract managements,such as work contents,importance,and case study on of routing measures,finally to ensure all contract parties understand claims,be not afraid of claims,and be able to claim.At the end,to make conclusions and predict preliminarily trends. |
