Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Rural Revitalization Of Gannan Prefecture From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the topic of rural revitalization has always been a hot topic in academic discussions.The issue of "three rural issues" is the top priority of the country's development,Tibetan Autonomons Pretecture of Gannan is one of the country's "three districts & three prefectures" in deep poverty,which located as the junction of the Tibetan Plateau & Loess Platealland.The construction of rural revitalization is the key to achieving poverty alleviation and prosperity in Gannan Prefecture,and it is also an important guarantee for Gannan Prefecture to fully build a well-off society.This article takes Xi Jinping's ecological civilization as a theoretical guide,based Prefecture,focusing on selecting some counties,cities and rural areas in Gannan Prefecture as the research object,and carrying out the problems and the reasons behind the rural revitalization in Gannan Prefecture.In-depth study.First,through the reading of relevant literature,Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and rural revitalization strategy were combed and studied to construct a theoretical framework for the writing of this article.Second,an in-depth survey of the actual situation of rural construction in Gannan Prefecture in recent years was conducted,mainly using questionnaire surveys.Methods,combined with face-to-face interviews and other forms,based on statistical analysis of the survey data and interview content,it was found that there are many contradictions between economic development and ecological environmental protection in the rural revitalization of Gannan Prefecture;the weak infrastructure construction ofrural and animal husbandry villages;the development of rural industries Facing a dilemma;rural modernization governance needs to be strengthened.The problems in the rural revitalization and construction of Gannan Prefecture are due to excessive grazing and blind tourism development which aggravate the deterioration of the ecological environment;the plight of the rural and animal husbandry and village finances leads to the slow development of rural industries and other reasons.This article carefully analyzes the relevant policies of the country on the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the practical deployment of rural revitalization strategies.On this basis,it proposes suggestions and countermeasures for rural revitalization in Gannan Prefecture,such as changing the economic development mode,cultivating green plateau industries,and vigorously supporting Characteristic pillar industries of farming and pastoral villages,invigorating the economy of farming and pastoral villages;increasing efforts to restore ecosystems and protecting the environment;vigorously creating high-quality ethnic cultural tourism projects;efficiently integrating rural infrastructure construction and public cultural services;strengthening party organizations Construction,improve rural governance efficiency,etc.Gannan Prefecture is an ecological state,and ecological civilization is the key to the rural revitalization of Gannan Prefecture.The innovation of this article is to study the rural revitalization construction in Gannan Prefecture from the perspective of ecological civilization,highlighting the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization in the rural revitalization of Gannan Prefecture.effect.
