| After the people's Liberation Army left for the south,it occupied all the provinces in the south.Zhejiang,as a key ruling area of the Kuomintang,was seriously short of cadres of our party.It was very difficult to take over and construct,and the task was very important.In this case,our party selected a large number of outstanding cadres from Shandong Province to enrich Zhejiang to consolidate the victory achievements,which was a time when a large number of people were mobilized since the liberation.In this special period,it is urgent to consolidate the new political power and restore the economic,cultural and social order.The cadres in Nanxia have gone through a tortuous process and even paid the cost of their lives.The achievements not only bring about a historic turning point for Zhejiang,but also provide lessons for future development.In this paper,the southern cadres took over and constructed the political power of Zhejiang Province in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China as the research object,which includes the selection of cadres,the preparation before taking over and the work carried out alternately by the new and old political power.The first part of the introduction introduces the origin and significance of this study,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second part briefly introduces the complex situation of Zhejiang before the takeover from the political,economic,social and military aspects.In the third part,the author summarizes three principles and three influencing factors according to the historical characteristics and rules of cadres' transfer and distribution,and analyzes the effective transfer and distribution mechanism formed in the process of cadres' going south.The fourth partintroduces in detail the process that Zhejiang Province formulates the takeover policy according to the instructions of the central government and the actual situation of Zhejiang Province,and the provincial Party committee commands to completely destroy the old regime,properly arrange the old personnel,and lay the foundation for the construction of the new regime.In the fifth part,the paper systematically discusses the takeover and construction contents of Nanxia cadres in Zhejiang regime.Through rectifying industry and commerce,suppressing bandits,land reform and other measures,Nanxia cadres consolidated the development of new regime and effectively solved the problem of integration with local cadres.The sixth part is the evaluation and analysis of the work of taking over and building the political power of the cadres in southern Zhejiang.The cadres in southern Zhejiang combined Marxism Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought with the actual situation of Zhejiang at that time,presenting the experience of political power construction and liberation in Zhejiang Province,not only consolidating and developing the new political power,but also optimizing the structure of the cadre team in Zhejiang Province.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper explores the process of the southern cadres taking over and building Zhejiang's political power,fully excavates the archives,and strives to fully show the real historical process.From the exploration to the later improvement and consolidation,the southern cadres have gone through the continuous running in of theory and practice,gradually defining the effective way of political power construction and getting the recognition and support of the people.The significance of this study lies in the integration and exploration of the research on the cadres in the south of Zhejiang Province,the deepening of the understanding of the takeover and construction of the political power in the early days of the People's Republic of China,and in the face of various challenges in the new era,we should uphold the spirit of the south,take history as a mirror,calmly respond to the needs of the development of the new social situation. |
